If I wrote a list with the most useful things in my parents' home I would definitely put somewhere in the first 5 places the folding dining table. It was always stored behind the living room door and was taken out only when we had guests or we celebrated holidays. It always fascinated me how such a small piece of furniture (50X30X60 cm) could be transformed in a table for 12 persons.

We can find folding tables in a variety of prices, shapes (round, rectangular, oval, square), sizes (from small sizes like a coffee table to large sizes such as a dining table for 12), materials (wood, metal, plastic or combination of them) and storage space requirements (it can be stored in a pantry, basement). They are made for indoor activities (dining tables, coffee tables, game tables, massage tables) as well as outdoor activities (garden tables, picnic tables).
Folding game tables can be found for a variety of games. They are very easily transported and can be made of oak, cherry tree or pine. The top has a cloth, which is usually specially designed for different games. For example the folding poker table has a green cloth provided with slots for chips and drink holders.
